The Meridian Collective is a standards-driven community. By joining, you agree to uphold the community culture and standards described at onboarding and as updated from time to time. Meridian HQ, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any member for conduct that violates these Terms or community standards — without refund and without prior notice.

6. Use of Free Downloadable Content

We may make resources accessible in exchange for your email address or registration ("Gated Content"). Meridian HQ, LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gated Content for your own personal or internal business use only. You have no right to modify, copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, or exploit any Gated Content without written consent.

7. Material You Submit to the Website

This includes — without limitation — all text, graphics, video, audio, design elements, course content, training materials, community frameworks, the Meridian Diagnostic System, the Foundation/Edge/Mark/DNA identity framework, Prime OS architecture and embedded workflows, the Signal content engine, and all associated proprietary methodologies and naming systems. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website strictly in accordance with these Terms. Any violation of this IP policy will result in immediate revocation of your access, without refund.

9. Prime OS — Membership Terms

Your subscription to Prime OS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Prime OS platform solely for your personal or internal business use during your active subscription term. Your subscription does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Meridian HQ, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or remove Prime OS features at any time. Meridian HQ, LLC may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, for any violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or community.

10. Changed Terms

Meridian HQ, LLC may amend these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MERIDIAN HQ, LLC PROVIDES THE WEBSITE, PRIME OS, THE MERIDIAN COLLECTIVE, AND ALL ASSOCIATED CONTENT AND SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND — EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MERIDIAN HQ, LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO MERIDIAN HQ, LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
